Job summary

Southern Graphic Systems, LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate packaging artwork and CGI production, ensuring on-time delivery and printability.

You will liaise with Brand Managers, agencies, printers and internal teams, track timelines, and help improve ways of working across the supply chain.

Candidates should have an associates degree and at least two years PM experience in print and graphic arts, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in print/graphic arts.
• 2+ years of project management experience in print/graphics with client/printer interaction.
• Experience evaluating color proofs, images and packaging substrates.
• Strong written and verbal communication and proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary resource to client and agency stakeholders and SGS contact.
• Oversee timelines for packaging artwork and CGI production and brands.
• Liaise with internal production departments to resolve issues.
• Consult with stakeholders to improve KPIs during artwork development.
• Prioritize and track urgent projects and respond promptly to all parties.
• Document critical information to ensure fit for use and success of projects.
