What You'll Do

• Gather and organize parts, components, and materials according to job instructions.
• Assemble kits by matching the correct components, quantities, and materials.
• Package, wrap, and prepare finished products for shipment or the next stage of production.
• Label and identify products, kits, and packages accurately.
• Inspect components and finished packages for visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies.
• Keep materials organized and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Follow packaging instructions, quality standards, and established work procedures.
• Work with the production team to meet daily goals and deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and productivity in a hands-on production environment.
