Job summary

Aerotek in Garland, TX is seeking a Packager / Production Associate to support high-volume packaging and production operations for paste and liquid products. You will label, package, move materials, and assist with line changeovers while following strict safety and quality standards.

Lifting up to 55 lbs and working on a production line across shifts are required. Familiarity with RF scanners and forklift operations is a plus; this is a contract-to-hire onsite role with potential for permanent

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or warehousing preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work on a production line across shifts.
• RF scanners experience is a plus.
• Non-climate-controlled environment acceptable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Package and label paste and liquid products according to standards.
• Move materials safely, up to 55 lbs repeatedly.
• Support production lines with materials and line changeovers.
• Use RF scanning to track materials and finished goods.
• Perform assembly-related tasks for packaging or shipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and general labor tasks.
• Operate pallet jacks to move pallets and materials.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas per 5S and PPE rules.
• Communicate effectively in English with team members.
