Job Summary
Perform setup, mixing, filling, operation and troubleshooting of semi-automated filling equipment used to fill syringe orders.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform the job in a cleanroom environment requiring cleanroom gowning.
• Perform setup/operations/troubleshooting of labeling equipment and semi-automated equipment used to fill syringes.
• Perform in-process sampling on the packaging line, ensuring that product quality adheres to approved specifications.
• Perform job responsibilities following standard operation procedures (SOPs).
• Identify and support the implementation of continuous improvement and OEE initiatives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of packaging equipment a plus, experience including but not limited to: syringe consumables, dispensers, scales, centrifuges, sealers, and labelers.
• Experience in laboratory production conditions and clean room a plus.
• Knowledge of MRP & ERP systems a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times.

Information & Compensation & Benefits

Location: Billerica, MA
Schedule: 1st Shift 7:30 am-4:00 pm M-F
Pay: This position has a salary range of $20.00 - $22.00. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.

Bonus Pay: Meridian is actively participating in a productivity incentive plan for 2025. Eligible employees have the opportunity to earn up to $1,520 a year, with payments distributed quarterly throughout the year.
