Participates in operating filling, labeling, and packaging equipment of varying complexity in accordance with Production Manufacturing Records, applicable SOPs, and ISO and cGMP requirements to produce finished intermediates and final kits.
For participation in Filling Operations, job requirements will include the ability to perform aseptic gowning and perform all filling tasks in the aseptic environment.
As part of the production team, may perform in-process quality checks for specific quality attributes (Fill Check, Torque check, Vision System Check, Label Alignment Check, etc.). Inspects products for defects and conformance to quality standards and applicable SOPs as well as applicable ISO and cGMP requirements.
Assists in completing all necessary production documentation (Production Manufacturing Records) and associated SAP transactions to ensure that all components meet requirements about lot numbers, expiration dates, intermediates, reconciliations, etc.
Cleans work area and decontaminates work surfaces by defined procedures, and performs duties by SOPs, QSRs, and all safety regulatory requirements.
As required, perform scheduled environmental monitoring activities in the Filling Suites.
Performs warehousing activities according to defined procedures, which may include picking, issuing, returns, internal distribution of goods, receiving, shipping, etc.
Other duties as assigned by management.
You hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
You have 2+ years in an "Operations/Production" environment or filling, labeling, or warehouse operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (3+ years preferred)
You have 3+ years of previous experience in the medical device or related industry.

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Branchburg, is 33,700.00 - 62,400.00 USD annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance. This position also qualifies for benefits detailed at the link provided below.
