The Packager participates in operating filling, labeling, and packaging equipment of varying complexity in accordance with Production Manufacturing Records, applicable SOPs, and ISO and cGMP requirements to produce finished intermediates and final kits.

The Opportunity:
  • Participate in Filling Operations, including performing aseptic gowning and all filling tasks in the aseptic environment.

  • Perform in-process quality checks (Fill Check, Torque check, Vision System Check, Label Alignment Check, etc.), and inspect products for defects and conformance to quality standards and SOPs, as well as ISO and cGMP requirements.

  • Complete production documentation (Production Manufacturing Records) and SAP transactions, ensuring all components meet requirements regarding lot numbers, expiration dates, intermediates, and reconciliations.

  • Clean work area and decontaminate surfaces according to defined procedures, following SOPs, QSRs, and safety regulations.

  • Perform scheduled environmental monitoring activities in the Filling Suites as required.

  • Perform warehousing activities such as picking, issuing, returns, internal distribution, receiving, and shipping, according to procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Who you are:
  • You hold a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in an operations/production environment or filling, labeling, or warehouse operations, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (3+ years preferred).

Preferred:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in the medical device or a related industry.

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Branchburg, is $33,700 - $62,400 USD annually. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on performance.   • Required to stand and/or sit throughout the shift.

  • Required to push and/or pull pallet jacks or carts, and routinely lift more than 10 pounds. Repetitive movements of wrists, hands, and fingers.

  • Ability to work around equipment and machinery, monitor and operate controls, and wear PPE.
