PeopleReady in Florence, KY is hiring a Packager in Walton, KY to pull and prepare orders for shipment. This position requires standing for the shift and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. 1st shift (Day) hours are available with competitive hourly pay.

Responsibilities include packaging, labeling, quality checks, and following customer-specific requirements. Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.

• Learn and follow customer-specific packing and labeling requirements to help prevent errors and chargebacks
• Prioritize orders on the production line to ensure priority orders are processed first
• Assemble boxes and perform other hands-on packaging tasks
• Learn and efficiently use the required computer system
• Stand for the duration of the shift
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 70 lbs
• Perform light lifting and general material-handling duties as needed

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $14.50 - $14.50 / hour*

What You'll Be Doing as a Packager:

• Package, assemble, and label orders according to customer specifications
• Perform quality assurance checks on packed orders to ensure 100% accuracy
• Learn and follow customer‑specific packing and labeling requirements to help prevent errors and chargebacks
• Prioritize orders on the production line to ensure priority orders are processed first
• Assemble boxes and perform other hands‑on packaging tasks
