Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is seeking a Packager to support packaging production, maintain proper table setup, and train personnel. This position involves part packaging and quality assurance as required by Ameristar. This is a 1st shift position.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve daily packaging schedule targets.
• Participate in process improvement projects to reduce costs in labor and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with the table lead daily to support current and future production.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Packaging experience preferred.
• Demonstrates passion for Ameristar policies and company success.
• Shows respect and loyalty to supervisors and team members.
• Participates actively in team meetings and provides accurate daily production reports.
• Capable of delivering quality products that meet physical and production standards daily.
