Job summary

Vangst is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our cannabis packaging team in Estacada, Oregon. This role focuses on packaging edibles and vape cartridges with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance.

Training will be provided, and no prior cannabis experience is required to start. The position requires standing for extended periods and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (per state law).
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Previous experience in food handling, assembly line, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Must pass any required background checks and possess a valid state-issued MED badge or equivalent (if applicable in your state).

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, label, seal, and box finished products
• Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols

• Assist with other general duties in the production/packaging department as needed
