Job summary

Peoplevisor LLC is seeking an experienced Package Specialist/Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant to guide clients through Oracle Cloud SCM implementations. You will design and configure order management solutions and assist with validation, go-live and post-production support.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years as Oracle Functional consultants, 3+ years in Oracle Cloud projects, and strong analytical, leadership, and client-facing skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades.
• Proven ability to implement Oracle Cloud SCM modules end-to-end.
• Strong business analysis and fit-gap capabilities for ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the following phases of system life cycle: requirements gathering, design, configuration, CRP and UAT, go-live, and post-production support.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to develop, test, and implement Oracle Cloud SCM solutions.
• Create end-user and technical documentation and enable knowledge transfer.

Peoplevisor has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Package Specialist, Oracle SCM Cloud Consultant. The ideal candidate will be a skilled professional who can thrive in an upbeat and innovative environment and collaborate with clients to deliver a state-of-the-art solution. The individual will excel at delivering high quality service and cutting-edge solutions to our clients in the Oracle community.

The SCM functional consultant is expected to have expertise in implementing a wide range of SCM applications. The successful candidate will have completed two or more end to end implementation of Oracle Cloud SCM modules and be a package specialist.

This position focuses on guiding and assisting clients through all phases of project implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM applications. An Oracle Cloud SCM consultant defines client business requirements, designs and configures the system solution for order management applications, and assists with system validation, go-live preparation and support.

KEY EXPECTATIONS

• Oracle eBs O2C Functional - Order Management, Service Contract, Renewals.
• B2B integration
• Using in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Cloud SCM applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost effective solutions to client business scenarios.
• Works collaboratively with project team and client employees to develop, test, and implement Oracle Clouds solutions.
• Refine customer requirements in detail, document and present to the client for approval
• Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.
• Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary
• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate with the client to perform the User Acceptance Testing of the system enhancements or custom solutions
• Work with Oracle to resolve service requests
• Lead and direct the following phases of system life cycle:
• Gather business requirements through business process workshops,
• Analysis, design, configure and development solutions for Oracle Financial applications,
• Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and User Acceptance Testing,
• Go-Live preparation and cut-over support,
• Post-production support

Desired Skills And Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3+ years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects and upgrades
• 3+ years of developer experience with AMS & Implementation experience, this is for an OCI, cloud exp is must.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of procurement ERP solutions
• Ability to lead a team, work independently and manage multiple task assignments
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude under stressful circumstances
• Senior enough to be able to independently handle client expectations
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• High commitment to exceed performance expectations
• High degree of initiative, accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail
• Professional approach when dealing with internal and external customers
• Ability to lead complete software development life-cycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testing
• Produce end-user and technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer
• APICS or other supply chain certifications is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel as needed
