Qualifications

• Minimum two years of related warehouse/mailroom experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in the package room /warehouse.
• Experience using computer systems for tracking or inventory.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• This position requires extensive walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to legally work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process mail and packages with accurate documentation.
• Maintain package inventory and tracking logs for accountability.
• Use package management systems to monitor status of shipments.
• Prepare and ship outgoing mail according to carrier schedules.
• Provide courteous customer service and resolve delivery inquiries.
• Comply with company drug-free and nicotine-free policy.
• All other duties as assigned.
