Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a highly motivated project leader to manage ERP initiatives across client engagements. You will define objectives, align scope with business goals, and coordinate with mid- to senior-level client representatives to ensure on-time delivery.

You will drive planning, monitor budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and embed quality through QA collaboration. You will also support proposals and nurture a culture of learning and innovation within the NAM_ORC Practice Unit.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing ERP projects and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Ability to develop project estimates and manage budgets.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building with client stakeholders.

• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives.
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables.
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities.
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveness.
