Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Package Machine Operator to join our team in Buda, TX. This position is responsible for operating packaging machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure efficient production.
• Inspect products for quality and consistency before packaging.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace by following company safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
• Complete documentation related to production and packaging processes.
  
  

Work Schedule & Overtime

• Full-time, non-exempt hourly position - eligible for overtime pay after 40 hours in a workweek.
• Standard work hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines and business demands.
• Employees will be notified in advance of any additional hours and will be compensated accordingly for all overtime worked.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
