Job summary

SITE Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for a fast-paced food production setting in Wisconsin. You will operate, monitor, and maintain packaging machinery, perform basic adjustments, and help ensure high-quality packaging while following GMP and OSHA safety standards.

2nd shift in Bayview / St Francis area, 12:30pm - 8:30pm, $18 - $25 per hour based on experience. A $5,000 signing bonus is offered to successful hires.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating packaging machinery or industrial equipment is preferred but not required; training provided.
• Mechanical knowledge or machining experience helpful for maintenance tasks.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and counts.
• Familiarity with GMP and OSHA safety standards in production environments.
• Certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand, walk and perform physical tasks during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting on equipment to prevent malfunctions.

• Assist in material handling, loading raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or other equipment.

• Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards
• Assist in material handling, loading raw materials and finished goods using forklifts or other equipment
