Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor at multiple Oregon locations (Alderwood near PDX, Hillsboro, and the Portland Swan Island area). This permanent role oversees Package Handlers, trains staff, and drives safety, productivity, accuracy, and customer service across shifts.

You will lead teams, manage resources for maximum output, champion continuous improvement, implement development plans, and ensure orientation, training, and coaching.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees follow safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with cross-department collaboration and continual improvement.
• Implement employee development plans to ensure ongoing professional growth.
