What you can expect at Federal Express Corporation (FEC):

• Fast-paced and physical warehouse work - get paid while working out!
• Warehouse duties include loading, unloading, and sorting packages of various sizes.
• Part-time employees work one shift a day; full-time employees work two shifts.
• Shift lengths vary based on package volume - generally 3 to 6 hours for part-time, 6 to 10 hours for full-time.
• Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Pay Transparency

This compensation range provides an estimate of the current starting salary across all locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Employees may be eligible for additional pay, bonuses, or premiums. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay Range: Part-time Package Handlers earn up to $19.50/hr, starting at $17.50/hr with a $1.00/hr shift differential. Start times may vary based on volume and schedule includes weekends. Full-time positions are also available internally.
