• Part-time employees work one shift a day; full-time employees work two shifts.
• Shift lengths vary based on package volume — generally 3 to 6 hours for part-time, 6 to 10 hours for full-time.
• Overtime paid after 40 hours a week.

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is an estimate of the current starting salary for this role across all locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. The company provides health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
