Job summary

OnTrac Logistics, Inc. in Gary, IN is seeking a Package Handler to join our fast-paced warehouse team. You will help unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and support safe, efficient operations throughout the shift.

Shift: 7 Day availability Shift times: 3:30AM - 7:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs.“End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

The Must-Haves

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
