Job summary

OnTrac in Everett, WA is seeking Package Handlers to join our dynamic, expanding operations team. Earn $20.90 per hour with three shift options and a safety‑first culture in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

Your tasks include unloading trailers, sorting by ZIP codes, and loading trucks for deliveries, all while helping teammates meet daily goals. You must be at least 18, able to stand long hours and lift 50–75 lbs; on‑site roles with benefits include 401(k) matches and holiday premium pay.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic English language proficiency required for safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and up to 75lbs.

Wednesday – Sunday

Monday – Thursday

Friday - Tuesday

Shift hours: 7:30AM – 12:00PM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
