Job summary

Spee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Package Handler to load, unload, and sort freight efficiently for timely delivery. The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly, and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shifts run Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday with overtime. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with overtime pay after 40 hours and shift differential. Health, dental, and 401(k) benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload packages by hand from fleet vehicles.
• Scan package barcode labels during unloading for tracking.
• Sort packages by zip code, city, or state.
• Stack freight into trailers and routes to protect items and maximize space.
• Wash fleet vehicles to maintain company image.
• Perform light custodial duties to keep a clean, safe warehouse.
