Job summary

OnTrac Boise is hiring Package Handlers to join a dynamic, expanding team. The role requires the ability to stay on your feet, work in heat and cold, lift 50 lbs on average (up to 75 lbs), and follow safety protocols in a fast-paced warehouse.

Hourly pay is $17.50, with seven shift options and flexible scheduling to fit your life. As part of the operations team you will unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP codes, and load trucks for deliveries.

• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for safety and instructions.

Pay:

$17.50/hr

Shift: (7 Options)

• Monday – Friday
• Tuesday – Saturday
• Wednesday – Sunday
• Thursday – Monday
• Friday – Tuesday
• Saturday – Wednesday
• Sunday - Thursday

Shift hours: 4:30AM – 8:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. “End of Sort” is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

• Ability to stay on your feet while working

• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
