Job summary

Total Warehouse Solutions in Hazelwood, MO is hiring for a Full-time Package Handler. The role runs 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with compensation of $15.92 - $25.00 per hour (production-based).

A sign-on bonus of $750+ is offered, paid in two installments: $375 after 60 working days and $375 after 90 working days. Benefits include dental, medical, and vision coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, advancement opportunities, and OSHA certification training.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs safely.
• Previous electric double pallet jack experience preferred.
• Basic math skills required.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload packages onto/into trailers using hand trucks and heavy equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Read packaging labels and breakdown sheets.
• Communicate and follow directions effectively.
• Operate motorized equipment safely after OSHA certification.
• Maintain a safe working environment and follow company guidelines.
• Meet production schedules and complete work efficiently.
