Total Warehouse Solutions in Milford, CT is seeking a Full-time Package Handler to join our warehouse team. The role involves loading and unloading packages using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts, while maintaining safety and efficiency to meet production goals.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $750+ paid in two installments, plus benefits including dental, medical, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for advancement. Shift is 5:00 am to 1:30 pm in Milford, CT.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50–70 lbs safely.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading packages/products onto/into trailers and containers using hand trucks and heavy equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and more.
• Reading packaging labels and breakdown sheets.
• Communicating and comprehending directions effectively.
• Operating motorized equipment safely after OSHA certification
• Maintaining a safe working environment and following company guidelines
• Meeting production schedules and completing work efficiently
