Job summary

Nippon Sanso MATHESON is seeking a CDL B Truck Driver to operate in St. Mary’s, PA, delivering gas cylinders to hospitals and facilities. This local role offers a home daily schedule with potential weekend on-call rotations to adjust to demand.

Compensation includes up to $29/hour or $70,000 annually, with a $2,500 driver referral bonus and full benefits. Hazmat and tanker endorsements are preferred; DOT compliance and safety are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Nippon Sanso MATHESON is a leading supplier of industrial and specialty gases, and gas handling equipment in the United States and we’re looking for CDL B Truck Driver in St. Mary’s, PA! Our Packaged Gas Drivers haul cylinders of compressed gases such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, Carbon Dioxide and propane. We deliver primarily to hospitals, commercial food processors, and various government agencies. This CDL-B Truck Driver position is mainly local home daily however drivers may be required to work weekends (on call rotation) to adjust to scheduling changes as needed. $60,000 to $70,000 average annual income

Requirements

• CDL Class B license and current DOT medical card
• Minimum 1 year of experience of CDL Class B experience or .5 years of experience with certification from an accredited driving school
• Current Tanker and Hazmat Endorsement (will consider candidates without Hazmat endorsement if obtained within 60 days of hire).
• No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime).
• Ability to pass DOT physical, DOT drug test and criminal background check
