Job summary

Nippon Sanso MATHESON is seeking a CDL B Truck Driver to join our local St. Mary’s, PA operation. You’ll haul gas cylinders to hospitals, facilities, and agencies, with a home-daily schedule and weekend on-call rotation as needed.

Earn typically $60,000 to $70,000 annually (up to $29/hour), plus safety and referral bonuses, comprehensive benefits, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Equal opportunity employer.

Job description

Nippon Sanso MATHESON is a leading supplier of industrial and specialty gases, and gas handling equipment in the United States and we’re looking for CDL B Truck Driver in St. Mary’s, PA! Our Packaged Gas Drivers haul cylinders of compressed gases such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, Carbon Dioxide and propane. We deliver primarily to hospitals, commercial food processors, and various government agencies. This CDL-B Truck Driver position is mainly local home daily however drivers may be required to work weekends (on call rotation) to adjust to scheduling changes as needed. $60,000 to $70,000 average annual income

• Up to $29.00 per hour/ Up to $70,000 per year

Requirements

• CDL Class B license and current DOT medical card
• Minimum 1 year of experience of CDL Class B experience or .5 years of experience with certification from an accredited driving school
• Current Tanker and Hazmat Endorsement (will consider candidates without Hazmat endorsement if obtained within 60 days of hire).
• No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime).
• Ability to pass DOT physical, DOT drug test and criminal background check
