Job summary

Nippon Sanso MATHESON is seeking a CDL Driver (Class A or B) in Kenai, AK to haul cylinders of industrial gases to hospitals, food processors, and government facilities. This local, home daily position offers year-round work and a competitive starting pay.

Qualified candidates will have a CDL, current DOT medical card, Hazmat endorsement or plans to obtain within 60 days, and a clean driving record. Benefits include health/dental/vision and paid leave.

Qualifications

CDL Class A or B license with current DOT medical card
Hazmat Endorsement, or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire
2 years CDL Class A experience or 1.5 years with accredited driving school
No more than 2 years of traffic violations, no at-fault accidents in 2 years, no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (lifetime limit: 1 DUI)
Able to pass DOT physical, DOT drug test, and background check

Responsibilities

Haul cylinders of Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen and CO2.
Deliver primarily to hospitals, commercial food processors, and government agencies.
Local home daily route with consistent year‑round work.
Operate CDL vehicles with a focus on safety and compliance.

Our Packaged Gas Drivers haul cylinders of compressed gases such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen and Carbon Dioxide. We deliver primarily to hospitals, commercial food processors, and various government agencies. This CDL-B or A Truck Driver position is local home daily. Requirements:

CDL Class B or A license and current DOT medical card
Minimum 2 years of experience of CDL Class A experience or 1.5 years of experience with certification from an accredited driving school
Current Hazmat Endorsement (will consider candidates without Hazmat endorsement if obtained within 60 days of hire).
No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime).
Ability to pass DOT physical, DOT drug test and criminal background check
