Nippon Sanso MATHESON in San Antonio, TX is hiring a CDL A Truck Driver. Responsible for hauling cylinders of Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen and CO2 to hospitals, processors, and government facilities. This role offers a clean, consistent, year-round schedule with home daily time.

Starting pay is $29.00–$30.00 hourly DOE with benefits, safety bonuses, and a 401(k) program. Hazmat endorsement is encouraged and training may be provided.

Qualifications

CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card.
Hazmat endorsement or obtain within 60 days of hire.
Minimum 1 year CDL-A experience or 6 months with accredited driving school.

Responsibilities

Hauls cylinders of gases to hospitals, processors, and government sites.
Maintains safety and compliance with DOT requirements.
Adheres to schedules with regular home daily time and potential OT.

Our Packaged Gas Drivers haul cylinders of compressed gases such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen and Carbon Dioxide. We deliver primarily to hospitals, commercial food processors, and various government agencies. This work is clean consistent year round work with no down periods. Starting pay is $29.00 - 30.00 hourly DOE
Working Monday - Friday from 6am - 4pm (OT available but not guaranteed)

Requirements:

CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card
Minimum 1 year of experience of CDL Class A experience or 6 months of experience with certification from an accredited driving school
Must be able to pass the road test
Current Hazmat Endorsement (will consider candidates without Hazmat endorsement if obtained within 60 days of hire).
No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime).
Ability to pass DOT physical, DOT drug test and criminal background check
