Job summary

FedEx in California (Pleasanton) seeks a capable associate to move packages, documents, and supplies using scan/load methods in a safe, efficient manner. This is a non-driving role. Tasks include performing additional duties as assigned and working under typical FedEx safety standards.

The position requires physical strength, stamina to walk/stand for long hours, and ability to work in variable weather conditions. Training will cover all required safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from the ground to chest level.
• Walk and stand for designated work hours.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders if required.

Responsibilities

• Provides movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods and/or supply support in a timely, safe and efficient manner through scan/load methods.
• Non-driving position (public roadways). Performs other duties as assigned.
