We are seeking a talented, motivated, and creative individual to join us as a Packaging Technical Design (CAD) Engineer. The Technical Designer will work collaboratively with a diverse group including Marketing, Design, Product Supply, and R&D to bring packaging concepts to life from ideation to production and ensure packaging designs align with brand and operational requirements. You will work with suppliers to ensure the seamless translation of designs into production-ready formats that are not only functional but also enhance product appeal and sustainability.
Job Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing packaging designs that meet functional, aesthetic, and sustainability goals. You will work with digital tools and leverage techniques such as 3D modeling, parametric design, virtual prototyping, and data activation. You will develop and refine CAD models, technical drawings, and prototypes for packaging solutions across various product lines and maintain an organized digital design library for accessibility and version control. A forward-thinking mindset is essential, as you will play a key role in embracing digital tools to transform how Hair Care designs and qualifies packaging.
