Nuby is seeking a Package Designer to lead packaging initiatives across OTC, healthcare, and consumer wellness lines. You will drive initial concepts through final production, ensuring artwork is production-ready and brand-consistent across multiple SKUs.

The role emphasizes strong typography, regulatory awareness, and collaboration with Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Manufacturing to deliver shelf-ready packaging. A robust portfolio is required.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of packaging design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showing consumer packaging.
  • Experience with regulated packaging and FDA content preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design packaging for baby, children's, healthcare, OTC, personal care, and wellness products.
  • Develop creative packaging concepts with strong branding and retail shelf impact.
  • Create artwork for cartons, tubes, bottles, labels, jars, pouches, blister cards, and other packaging.
  • Build and modify dyelines and production-ready artwork.
  • Extend packaging designs across multiple products, sizes, and SKUs.
  • Organize product benefits, claims, directions, warnings, ingredients, and regulatory information clearly.
  • Work with Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, Marketing, and Manufacturing.
  • Review proofs, prototypes, and production samples.
  • Create packaging mockups and 3D product renderings.
  • Research competitors and packaging trends to help our products stand out at retail and online.

Package Designer

We are looking for a talented Package Designer with experience creating packaging for OTC, pharmaceutical, personal care, wellness, and homeopathic products.

The ideal candidate is a strong creative designer who also understands packaging production, dyelines, print-ready artwork, and regulated product packaging. You should be comfortable taking a project from initial concept through final production.

What You'll Do
  • Design packaging for baby, children's, healthcare, OTC, personal care, and wellness products
  • Develop creative packaging concepts with strong branding and retail shelf impact

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of packaging design experience preferred
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer product packaging
  • Experience with OTC, pharmaceutical, beauty, personal care, homeopathic, baby, children's, or wellness products
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Good understanding of dyelines, prepress, printing, and packaging production
  • Experience working with regulated packaging and FDA-related content is strongly preferred
  • Strong typography, layout, branding, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and SKUs at the same time
  • 3D rendering or packaging visualization experience is a plus

A portfolio or link to an online portfolio is required with your application.

We especially want to see packaging work for consumer healthcare, OTC, pharmaceutical, beauty, personal care, baby, children's, wellness, or other regulated consumer products.

We're looking for a designer who can create packaging that is modern, trustworthy, easy to understand, and competitive on shelf—while having the technical skills to carry the design through production.
