Job summary

Routewise Logistics in San Diego, CA is hiring a Delivery Driver (FedEx Ground contractor) for full-time duties. You will deliver packages to homes and businesses, operate a company vehicle, and be home daily. Paid training, safety-first culture, and reliable equipment are provided.

The role offers weekly pay, PTO, health and life insurance, retirement plans, and company vehicle plus uniforms. Start time 7:30 AM with a typical route completion schedule, including weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
• Must be willing to submit to an employer-paid background check, drug test, and DOT physical.
• Physically able to lift packages 75-100 lbs.
• Willing to work weekends depending on demand.
• Work in all weather conditions.
• No CDL required.
• Military veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Complete 90-100 average stops per day.
• Safely operate a company delivery vehicle.
• Pick up, scan, load, and deliver packages.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Use GPS to complete deliveries accurately.

Schedule:

• Full-Time: 5 Days a week including one weekend
• Start at 7:30 AM until route completion

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete 90 - 100 average stops per day
