Delivery Driver Job Opportunity in Madison, WI

Elevated Deliveries LLC is hiring reliable, independent, and flexible Delivery Drivers for our residential and commercial delivery team in Madison, WI, located at 3650 Milwaukee. We operate 7 days a week, 361 days a year, and are seeking hard workers who pay attention to detail, can problem solve quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• 10-hour shifts
• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver's license
• Must pass background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening
• Sign-on bonus of $1500 ($1000 after 15 routes, $500 after 90 days)
• Christmas bonus
• Biweekly pay
• Paid training and paid time off
• Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement
• Free work boots provided annually (up to $125)

Responsibilities:

• Navigate delivery areas using handheld devices and manage customer deliveries
• Maintain safe driving standards
• Load and unload packages, striving to deliver all packages on route
• Provide friendly customer service
• Lift up to 50 pounds and walk up and down stairs multiple times per day

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the United States
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a 4-panel drug screening (excluding THC)
• Work up to 10.5 hours in a single shift
