Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide leadership and cultivate relationships with all levels of personnel across the organization.
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitate training with new and current employees.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
