Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the United States to lead safety, productivity, and attendance across workgroups. You will train staff, drive accuracy, and foster strong relationships with employees and customers while maintaining high standards of organization and communication.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexible shifts up to five days weekly.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.
  • Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong oral and written communication.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
  • Facilitates training with new and current employees.
  • Ensures that safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, complying with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
  • Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing involvement, communication, and continual improvement.
  • Implements personal development plans to ensure ongoing professional growth of department personnel.
  • Ensures onboarding and targeted training, materials, and evaluations for all employees.
