Job summary

Next Gen HR Solutions in Fairfield, Ohio is hiring full-time production and warehouse associates for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The first-shift role pays $15 per hour. Exact workdays and start/end times will be confirmed during screening.

You will package, label, sort, pick and pack products, move materials, perform basic quality checks, and keep the work area safe. Experience in shipping/receiving or packaging is helpful but not required; forklift license not required unless later assigned.
