Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail-oriented Pack Out Inspector to verify finished goods meet specifications. You will inspect, document, and report on quality data during the final pack-out stage, ensuring pallets are packed to standard and orders are ready for shipment.

You will track open production orders, participate in continuous improvement, and escalate quality concerns with urgency. This role requires safe work habits and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift Operator certification or training available.
• Ability to read production and quality specifications.
