Job summary

Mastronardi Produce USA, Inc. in Mona, Utah is seeking Crop Care Workers to pack our tomatoes and ensure top quality for customers. You will stack boxes up to 30 lbs, load products on lines, and move pallets with pallet jacks in a busy pack house.

The role includes operating weighing and pack line equipment, following daily objectives, and supporting machine setup and calibration. Forklift use may be required as part of workflow and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Stacks boxes up to 30lbs.
• Loads products for packing and assembly lines.
• Moves pallets using a pallet jack.
• Operates pack line machinery and basic weighing equipment.
• Follows daily objectives to meet pack house targets.
• Forklift operation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Stacks boxes that weigh up to 30lbs.
• Product loading on manual or machine packaging lines.
• Moves Pallets (using a pallet jack).
• Transport of materials for pack house and line assembly.
• Transport finished product orders and meet daily objectives.
• Calibrate weighing machinery and other assembly line machines.
• Operate heavy pack line machinery and report issues.
• Load machines with product and materials as needed.

Job description

Our spacious facility grows tomatoes year-round. We are seeking Crop Care Workers who will pack our produce to ensure it meets the highest level of quality and efficiency for our valued customers.

• Stacks boxes that weigh up to 30lbs
• Product loading (manual or machine package lines)
• Moves Pallets (using a pallet jack)
• Transportation of Materials for pack house
• Transportation of Bulk product ready for line assembly
• Transportation of finished product order
• Follows instructions to meet daily objective goal is pack house lines
• Calibrating weighing machinery and other assembly line machines such as MAF
• Operates Heavy Machinery (pack line machines) including but not limited to starting and stopping operation, reporting issues, progress, quality assurance and machine efficiency
• Loads machines with Product and or Materials necessary to build Boxes
• Possible Use of forklift machines
