Really Great Reading Company seeks a Regional Sales Partner to drive national growth of literacy solutions. You will own the Pacific territory (CA, WA, OR, AK, HI), build district relationships, and expand key accounts with multi-year contracts.

This remote role requires 3+ years in education or enterprise B2B sales, proficiency with HubSpot and Google Workspace, and a track record of meeting quotas. Travel up to 50% to client sites and industry events is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in education sales.
• 3+ years of quota-carrying education or enterprise B2B sales experience with a documented record of annual quota attainment success.
• Expertise with HubSpot, forecasting tools, structured deal management, and Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & Territory Ownership: Own the Pacific territory (CA, WA, OR, AK, HI) with direct accountability for new and expansion bookings.
• Demand Generation & Pipeline Creation: Source 70% of pipeline through outbound activity and generate ~25 qualified meetings per month.
• Relationship Building & Deal Advancement: Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers across 50 districts and drive contracts.
• Dynamic Presentations & Product Positioning: Deliver compelling presentations remotely, at client sites, and events with district literacy metrics understanding.
• Sales Execution & Closing: Manage pricing, procurement navigation, proposals, and contracting to achieve a 35% close rate.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM accuracy (>95%) and deliver accurate weekly forecasts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with pedagogy, marketing, and implementation teams to close complex deals.
• Travel: Travel up to 50% within the territory for client visits and events.
