Job summary

SOSi seeks a Cybersecurity Branch Chief to lead enterprise security operations supporting a large coalition information-sharing environment in the Pacific theater. You will guide teams responsible for protecting classified and coalition networks and enabling secure collaboration among U.S.

and allied forces. The role requires senior leadership of cybersecurity programs, management of RMF/A&A processes, and coordination across distributed teams with strict compliance and continuous monitoring

Qualifications

• Active TOP SECRET clearance required.
• DoD 8140 DCWF 722 Advanced ISSM compliant.
• 12+ years of cybersecurity experience.
• 5+ years of leading cybersecurity organizations.
• Experience with RMF, A&A, and NIST 800-53 Rev 5.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity operations in disconnected, air-gapped, or operationally constrained environments.
• Hands-on with ACAS, STIG/SRG compliance, POA&M management, and continuous monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall cybersecurity compliance status, risk posture, and strategic direction of the enterprise.
• Serve as senior cybersecurity advisor to leadership and command components.
• Establish and maintain an enterprise cyber risk management framework.
• Direct cybersecurity activities across multiple classified/coalition enclaves.
• Direct cybersecurity operations in air-gapped and intermittently connected environments.
• Manage branch resources, staffing, and workforce development.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and risk assessments.
