PACE Staff Pharmacist - Accredo - Remote (AZ, IN, PA or TN)

This is a remote position. Candidates must reside in Arizona, Indiana, Pennsylvania, or Tennessee, and live within an hour of the following Accredo Pharmacy sites:

• Memphis, TN
• Nashville, TN
• Warrendale, PA
• Indianapolis, IN
• Tempe, AZ

During training (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Time), and after training (Monday-Friday, 11 am - 8 pm Eastern Time), the Staff Pharmacist will interpret prescriptions, verify information, contact prescribers and patients, and collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure proper medication use.

Responsibilities include:

• Consulting with patients about medication use and interactions.
• Contacting physicians for authorization or transfers.
• Collaborating to convert prescriptions to generics or preferred drugs.
• Verifying prescription details.
• Overseeing pharmacy technicians and verifying data entry.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current pharmacist license in good standing.
• No performance or behavioral issues.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret prescriptions.
• Customer service focus and adaptability.

Internet connection must be broadband with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds if working from home.
