AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking a Registered Dietitian (RD) for the PACE site to join the Interdisciplinary Team. You will perform nutrition assessments, provide medical nutrition therapy, plan CACFP-compliant menus, and support meal service and kitchen operations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with IDT, staff training, and documentation. California RD/RDN certification is required, with bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Active RD or RDN in good standing.
• California Food Handler or Food Protection Manager certification within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nutrition experience as an RD/RDN.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with frail elderly.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese preferred depending on site demographics.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.
