Qualifications

• Completion of accredited vocational nursing assistant course or CNA certification is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred with ability to communicate effectively.
• Strong ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Meet participants' personal hygiene and basic needs in a timely and caring manner.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Respond to call lights promptly and fulfill participant requests.
• Maintain accurate data collection and documentation in patient charts and communicate progress to the team.
