Job summary

InnovAge Holding Corp. is expanding its PACE program with experienced healthcare-focused sales professionals. The Outreach Specialist will drive referrals and enrollments in assigned territories through education, field visits, and strategic account management.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the role emphasizes quota attainment (6–8 enrollments per month), proactive prospecting, and strong relationships with referral sources, supported by Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in post-acute, senior, and managed care sales.
• Education or certifications not required but appreciated in healthcare sales.

Responsibilities

• Execute Marketing/Sales Plan and exceed monthly enrollment quotas (6–8 enrollments).
• Develop and execute the sales strategy for assigned territories for the PACE program.
• Prospect new account opportunities based on research.
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and educate them about InnovAge PACE services.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of all sales activities and follow-ups.
• Present effective proposals to referral sources and report goal attainment to leadership.
