Qualifications
At least two years of experience in a social recreational or educational program.
One year of full-time experience in activities program in healthcare or mental health setting.
Current BLS and First Aid certification.
Responsibilities
Coordinate day center social programming and activities.
Conduct participant assessments and participate in care planning.
Develop and oversee daily Recreation Program with group and individual activities.
Skills
Fluent English
Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin)
Knowledge of social activities
Understanding of aging psychosocial dynamics
Education
Bachelor's degree in Recreational/Art/Music/Dance Therapy, Psychology, Social Work or related field
