The Performing Arts Center (PAC) Coordinator oversees the daily operations, scheduling, and technical support of the Marquardt Middle School Performing Arts Center. The Coordinator is responsible for ensuring high-quality technical production for school performances, meetings, and community events through the operation and maintenance of the PAC's audio, lighting, video, projection, and live-streaming systems.
This position serves as the primary contact for all PAC events and collaborates with district staff, students, volunteers, community organizations, custodial staff, and outside vendors to ensure events are professionally executed.
This is a part-time position requiring up to 20 hours per week. Due to the nature of the position, the employee must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on district performances, rehearsals, meetings, and community facility rentals. Evening and weekend availability is an essential function of this position.
