Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher as a PA or in a health-related discipline.
• Current NCCPA certification and PA licensure eligibility in Pennsylvania.
• Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Preference for 5+ years of PA clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom instruction across multiple campus locations using distance education technology.
• Provide on-site instruction for small group, physical diagnosis, and clinical skills labs.
• Travel to other campus locations for on-site instruction as assigned.
• Supervise and complete site visits for second-year PA students as needed.
• Develop learning outcomes and competency assessments for PA students.
• Ensure clinical sites comply with University policies and ARC-PA standards.
• Actively recruit and maintain clinical partnerships and training sites.
• Attend and participate in program and departmental meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day campus operations and classroom technology management.
