Job summary

Coaches work remotely, set their own hours and rates, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality coaching experience for every student, including resume editing, interview prep, and guidance on rotations, licensing, and PANCE

• Prior advising or coaching experience is preferred.
• A clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application.

This role includes guiding students through school selection and application strategy, editing essays and secondary applications, coordinating letters of recommendation, and helping students choose a specialization that aligns with their clinical interests and career goals. Coaches also support students with resume editing, interview prep, and guidance on clinical rotations, licensing, and PANCE exam preparation, as well as navigating financial aid and scholarships to fund their education. Ideal candidates have firsthand experience with the PA school admissions process, prior advising or coaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping students present their strongest possible application.
