Job summary

Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science seeks a Program Director for the Master of Science Physician Assistant Program in Los Angeles. This full-time, 1.0 FTE role leads academic, administrative, and strategic activities to ensure ARC-PA accreditation and a high-quality curriculum.

Reporting to the Dean of the College of Science and Health, you will oversee faculty, budget, resources, and program assessment, while advancing student achievement and ongoing program improvement.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree from an accredited institution.
• CA PA licensure or eligibility.
• ARC-PA accreditation knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for program organization, administration, planning, development, implementation, and continuous improvement.
• Lead accreditation activities, including applications, reports, self-studies, and site visits.
