CHRISTUS Health in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant with an ENT background to join a high-volume outpatient ENT practice in the Stone Oak area. The PA will work alongside a respected ENT physician, evaluating and managing general ENT patients and supporting surgical procedures.

Qualifications

• Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant.
• National certification (NCCPA).
• Previous ENT experience required.
• Physician Assistant preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently in a busy outpatient setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of general ENT conditions.
• Conduct new patient consultations and follow-up visits.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies, imaging, and hearing evaluations.
• Work independently in clinic while the physician is performing surgical procedures.
• Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant with an ENT background to join a thriving, established ENT practice in the Stone Oak area of San Antonio. This provider will work alongside a highly respected ENT physician in a busy outpatient practice, helping manage patient volume while the physician is in surgery.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable evaluating and managing ENT patients independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Previous ENT experience is required.

• Evaluate and manage patients with a wide range of general ENT conditions

Schedule & Compensation

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
