Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health Inc. seeks a Per Diem Emergency Medicine APP, Physician Assistant to assist, monitor, and manage the day-to-day needs of patients under physician supervision.

You will perform PA duties in alignment with medical standards and provide high-quality care in a fast-paced ED setting. The role requires an AMA-accredited PA program completion, PA licensure, NCCPA certification, and current BLS/ACLS as part of essential qualifications.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a Physician Assistant program accredited by the AMA Council on Medical Education.
• Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant License.
• NCCPA certification.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• ACLS certification from AHA.

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computer platforms, including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
    AHA Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
